EngineeringAt Advanced Engineering we specialise in multi axis engineering located in Birmingham. We are able to handle the most complex of production requirements, in addition to offering rapid prototyping and low volume production that is precise, competitively priced and on time, bringing high a quality engineering service to the West Midlands. Prototyping Advanced Engineering regularly produce prototype parts for our customers to prove off their designs using many different materials including nylon, acetal, glass filled plastics, castings, aluminium and steel.
CAD/CAM We are able to offer true 3D machining from CAD models for rapid prototyping using DELCAM and Pathrace software for CNC Manufacturing, CNC Milling and Precision Machining. With the ability to import IGES, STEP, DGK, CATIA, DXF & DWG files.
Production Advanced Engineering have a proven track record of volume production supplying the automotive sector through Eissmann Automotive, Takata-Petri, Land Rover and Arvin Meritor or production post-prototyping stage until such time as the customer's production tooling is ready, ensuring continuity of production.
