New in 2005 we have a Mitutoyo Crysta Apex CNC CMM.
It has a measurement footprint of 905 x 1005 x 805 mm.
We have a fully programmable probe station allowing multiple probes to be used in a number of positions.

We perform full inspection from CAD data including "car line" dimensions. This is coupled to an automated data collection facility to calculate machining capability including cpk indices and full SPC analysis.
We can inspect 3D surfaces to CAD data offering tolerance comparison in a visual format clearly showing any deviations.
