We have Mitutoyo Crysta Apex CNC CMM with a measurement footprint of 905 x 1005 x 805mm and a fully programmable probe station allowing multiple probes to be used in a number of positions. This is coupled to an automated data collection facility to calculate machining capability including CPK Indices and SPC analysis. We are also capable of producing full ISIR and FAIR reports on a contract inspection basis.

We perform full inspection from CAD data including "car line" dimensions.
